Dubious Tales

Press Cuttings

I thought I'd share with you some of the press that I've received for Dubious Tales.
As you can see, it's quite... well, slim on the ground. But, of course, that's all soon to change!

From 'Sententia 3'
"Now this one is just plain fun. It's a bizarre soap opera, focusing on the lives of six quirky university students all living in the same house. The characters seem pretty weird at first, but it quickly becomes clear that you can identify with them all: they're very sympathetic and compelling despite of (or perhaps because of) their quirks. There's a bit of fantasy here, a bit of humor, a bit of romance... and it's all quite well-written."

There's a really positive review of the Special over at Webcomics In Print. Check it out!

Cardiff Quench Press Cutting

I thought you might like this, which I just got today (20th March, 2006) - this is probably my highest 'real world' exposure, in Cardiff University's Quench Magazine, for which I'm obviously very grateful - but it's good to see that the regular standards of student journalism are still intact. I'm quite lucky to have gotten away with an update schedule of every two days (I wish), but pity poor Jeph Jacques - whose artwork is that promoting Questionable Content? And if anyone thinks I look like the picture on the left (which is my year-and-a-half-old fan art of Sam and Fuzzy), they might be a little disappointed. It's been easily five years since I had hair even approaching that level of spikyness.

But still, you know... I was in the paper!

Here's an award I won from the lovely people at Don't Mind Me. which was very much appreciated. It was and is my first award!
